Repurchase with profit sharing – what is this service and what does it consist of?

The rapid growth of the technology sector has made effective management of decommissioned IT equipment one of the key challenges for many companies. Our profit-sharing repurchase service meets the needs of clients both interested in the express conversion of their assets into capital, and those who are willing to invest additional time to optimize the financial return on their investments. By opting for a profit-sharing model, we engage together in the process, with the goal of achieving the highest possible value from the equipment withdrawn. This collaboration assumes that the ultimate success, and therefore the maximization of profits, is of mutual benefit to our customers and to us.

We understand that the acquired equipment often bears traces of use or shows some damage. This is not an obstacle for us. We thoroughly inspect each product and repair it if necessary. In this way, we realistically increase its market value and accelerate sales.
During our audit, we pay special attention to those products that may have been too hastily deemed to have no value. Our extensive experience has proven time and again that even equipment initially classified as worthless can turn out to be a valuable source of profit. For example, for one of our clients we managed to recover more than 60 thousand zlotys from equipment that was initially deemed useless.

We understand that time is of the essence in the business world and that the value of IT assets is diminishing every day. With this in mind, once the framework agreement is signed and the customer has signaled readiness for the release of a batch or set of equipment, we immediately begin taking delivery. It is not necessary for all devices to be ready at the same time – our cooperation is tailored to the customer’s deadlines and requirements. We will include any additional equipment that comes up during the acceptance process in the sales process.

Together, we will define a detailed timetable for completing the sale, ensuring control over the process and responding to market needs from start to finish. We act in accordance with the jointly developed plan. If not all of the equipment finds buyers within the specified timeframe, we will offer a buyback option based on current market valuation, allowing the remaining IT assets to be converted into financial resources expressly.

Repurchase with profit sharing – what is this service and what does it consist of?

With technology advancing rapidly, managing surplus IT equipment is becoming a challenge for many companies. The ITAD service is addressed both to customers who simply want to cash it in, and to those who can invest the extra time while maximizing the return. When you choose revenue sharing, you enter together into a game where you play to one goal and do everything possible to get the highest possible value back from your equipment, because both your profit and ours depend on it.

We are aware of the fact that the devices we buy back from you are not new and already bear smaller or larger traces of use or are damaged to some extent. Contrary to what you may think, this does not constitute any obstacle to sale. Even if they are not in exemplary condition, we will repair them before including them in the offer to optimize their market value and get them sold as soon as possible. In the auditing process, we will also catch those products that may have previously been considered worthless, but in fact can bring a huge profit. At one of our clients, we recovered more than 60,000 zlotys on equipment that was assessed by the client as electronic waste.

Time is money, and depreciation does not sleep. For this reason, right after a thorough audit, finalizing the details of the framework agreement and setting a specific day to complete the sale, we get to work right away. As soon as your team is ready to hand over a specific batch of equipment, we will send our team to pick it up. You don’t have to prepare the whole thing for us right away – we’ll adapt to you and work according to your needs. If during our visit you are reminded that you want to sell something else – no problem, we will accept that too.

We will agree together on a specific day to complete the sale, so that you can control deadlines and interest in the market from start to finish. We fully accommodate your schedule. If we don’t manage to sell all the equipment within the allotted time, we will make you a buy-back proposal in the standard model so that you can cash in all the unused equipment.

What is the repurchase process with profit sharing?

In cooperation with the client’s team, we compile a list of products for resale based on the information provided by the client.
We perform a market analysis and study at what level we can set prices to attract customers while ensuring the highest possible margin.
We carry out equipment acceptance, providing full documentation with serial numbers, asset tags and relevant details, ensuring a highly organized and transparent process.
We meticulously analyze the technical condition of the equipment, deciding on repairs that can increase its value on the market.
We incorporate the products into our offerings and regularly send detailed reports to accurately track the return on investment.
In the event that some of the equipment is not sold within the allotted time, we will make a proposal to buy them back at current rates to allow the remaining assets to be fully monetized.

The profit-sharing repurchase process is a guarantee to maximize the return on investment associated with the retirement of IT equipment. We conduct it transparently and do not charge fees before finalizing the sale. If you have additional questions or know of an opportunity to recapture the value of your IT assets, please contact me. I believe that together we will turn unused equipment into high-value capital.
