The personal data of the Customer and the Client are processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of August 29, 1997.

In each case, the purpose, scope and recipients of the data processed by the Administrator result from the actions taken by the Customer or Client on the Website.

The conclusion and implementation of the ITAD Statement of Services Agreement;
Direct marketing of the Administrator’s own products or services.

Provision of personal data referred to in the paragraph above may be necessary to initiate discussions related to the possibility of providing Services to the Customer.

4 Basis for processing
Provision of personal data by the Customer or Client is voluntary, although failure to provide the personal data indicated on the Website necessary to complete the contact form will result in the impossibility of making contact.

The administrator uses Google Analytics services provided by Google Inc.
